When will my order be processed

To keep costs down, All orders are typically packed on Saturday / Sunday and Monday, (cut off around midday Monday), Your parcel is then picked up by Australia Post from us in Sydney, every Monday afternoon.

You will receive the tracking for your parcel over the weekend or on the Monday latest.

During periods of high demand such as before Christmas, and Mothers Day we endeavour to process you orders more often. 

Domestic Shipping

Rates and Estimates

Orders shipping to locations to anywhere in Australia is a flat rate of $11.95. The cost to ship to you will be displayed in the check and shown separately.

Places we cant deliver to

We deliver Australia wide and can ship to Post Offices and PO Boxes as well as physical address.

International Shipping

We apply a fixed rate for shipping to each oversea location, that we ship to. This will be clearly shown at Checkout

How do I check the status of my order?

Tracking

When your order has begun packing, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking will change once Australia Post picks up on Monday.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Talktolanolin@lanolinbeauty.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
